Hi Glen!
Here's my photo for your gallery.   It's been fun to 
put faces to names in
the group.  I recently upgraded from i3 to i30, and 
am enjoying the
differences.  Just wish I had more time to try all the 
wonderful styles that
you all write about.

A bit of a bio - I was trained on piano, play mostly 
by ear, enjoy composing
and orchestrating  music that is descriptive of our 
world around us. Playing
music with a piano is like playing music in black and 
white, and playing
music with a synthesizer is like playing music in color. 
I live in the State
of Oregon, USA, and it is my good fortune to live 
on a viewpoint with a
magnificent view of the Sandy River Valley and 
Mt. Hood.  My music studio in
my home overlooks this view, filling me with inspiration 
for music to
express what I think/feel when I behold the changing 
scenery.  I produced my
first CD last year which contains pictures I took from 
my viewpoint and the
songs written about each photo.  All the synthesized 
sounds were done on the
i3.

The spirit of sharing in this group is tremendous, and 
enables all of us to
get as much from our i-series as possible, given the 
time restrictions we
all have.  Thank you for being such an effective 
facilitator of information
for us.
